Get what you pay for

I know this was only cheap and it feels cheap and the sound quality is rubbish even on full volume i struggle to hear people.... only used it a few times and now gone back to my wired one until i decide to buy a different one...

Faulty item

I purchased this item on the 10th of December and although uncomfortable and needed adjustment, it worked perfectly fine. However I have not used this product for a few weeks and put it on charge yesterday and it doesn't seem to hold its charge any longer. The only option to try and resolve thus matter was a support number, which went through to Samsung. Samsung will not deal with products purchased on Amazon. Therefore I'm left with a faulty item and no way of contacting the seller. Any advice would be appreciated

Good sound but needs careful placement

Excellent Bluetooth ear piece, you do have to place it carefully to get the best sound. Also it does take a little tweaking to get comfortable you can't get it straight first time from personal experiences.
