First time to ever use epoxy and this one was very easy to use. It produced few bubbles but I applied to much heat to pop them and the edges started to harden before the other bubbles could make it to the surface this was my mistake and not the product fault. Mixed with pigment great and I poured 1.5" thick board and it was cured in 20 hours and ready to remove from the mold. I will be buying more of this product. Update: If you are using wood, coat the edge with epoxy and let it dry before pouring epoxy in the mold and that will help with the bubbles. Just did that and no bubbles at all as the epoxy does not soak into the wood releasing air.

I purchased this to finish some canvas paintings, So far this resin is really really nice. I've use many different resins in the past and this one is quickly becoming my favorite. The only reason why I gave it a 4 star is because on one product it took much longer to dry, while another dried quickly. I'm not sure if that was my fault? But I have used it on many other projects since and it hasn't let me down. It has a really nice glass like finish, that's not super slippery, which I like. It's not super sticky either while it's drying. I can see myself using this for a lot of different projects

I used this to seal wood I cut for cupcake trays at my sister’s wedding. She’s been using it to display various things since October 2024. She says it doesn’t scratch easily. You do need to babysit while it’s drying to blend any drips, or you’ll have to sand and polish the underside once it’s cured. It’s stayed clear, and hasn’t yellowed, so it looks the same as the day I made it. The wet mix consistency is midway between water and honey. I used a propane torch to pop any fine bubbles on the surface a few minutes after applying the resin mixture. I have not tried a deep pour. I poured in the center of the piece and spread using a synthetic brush. All the brush strokes flattened themselves out leaving a smooth glossy finish. It worked well to seal the bark on the sides too. Note that the dark markings are Blue Stain from pine beetles, and have nothing to do with the epoxy. Beetle damage was part of the reason I selected that tree for the project
