Q: is it a mix i can use to make choc marshmellows

Not sure. It isn't light and mousse-like, it's quite thick and sticky and oozy. Delicious to spoon out of the jar. It would be nice mixed with chocolate tho

Hi there I used it as a chocolate cake filling once and although delicious it seemed to evaporate so wasn't good. However I've used it as a cupcake topping where it works brilliantly although a bit sticky! Hope this helps.
