Good multi tool for more serious work
Im a fan of multi tools. I like a swiss army knife for daily problems but the leatherman is a good piece of kit. Got it for work where it does just fine but it has excelled outdoors. Went on a hunting trip recently where a friend forgot their butchering kit so we broke down a whole red deer with the thing. The saw managed the ribs just fine and the quartering was no issue for the knife. Incredibly sharp blade that really holds its edge. Only noteworthy issue is it is a bit open to corrosion. Perhaps consider getting it powder coated. Great bit of kit. Likely can fix most unexpected problems.

Lovely tool to care with you
Great value and quality for the money, lovely size and good choice of blades and other tools. Nice looking, sharp and not too heavy to care around. This was a replacement for my old one that I misplaced somewhere after over 20yrs of use and I’m sure this one will last just as long as well.

Bit stiff needs to be broken in.
Amazing lasting tool, as stated is a little stiff. But that's because it's new. Very good quality.

Excellent bit of kit
This is not my first Leatherman tool, but like the others it is beautifully made and the various functions work well. It is small and light enough to fit in the glovebox of my car. Overall, an excellent bit of kit

It's a Leatherman. What do you expect?
It's a Leatherman. What other where you expecting then Leather man quality? The blades come perfectly sharp, the tools are strong, and easy to use. The plyer teeth all meet perfectly in the middle of the plyers (something a lot of "cheaper" tool manufacturers seem to neglect.). The replaceable tungsten carbide wire cutters is a really nice feature, you're able to cut through both soft and hard wires with little issue. I've used this tool every day at work and have yet to find a complaint other than sometimes you can feel a small pinch in the handle when really applying force to cut something with the wire cutters. I've always been a Leatherman guy, and wither their stupidly awesome 25 year warranty, you'd be a fool not to pick one of these up.

Another quality product from Leatherman
I had a Leatherman BLAST for about 9/10 years since it first came out in 2004. I broke the screwdriver on it recently and so returned it and due to the Blast not being made anymore i was given the REBAR as a replacement.Their 25 Year Guarantee really is that... no questions or fuss just a straight swap. The Rebar is of the same excellent quality that all Leathermans' appear to be. It comes with locking blades, replaceable snips. It also has the usual's... Blades (One serrated), saw, screwdrivers, bottle openers, file, it even has a handy wire strippers located at the bottom of the bottle opener and more. The two blades are EXTREMELY sharp so be careful. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars is due to the fact that the BLAST had a handy scissors and micro screwdriver which i used regularly.I can honestly say i use this on a daily basis whether I'm at home or in work and it is in my pocket at all times. It's heavy enough but not too heavy that you cant get used to carrying it.

It is what it is
Multitools, which one to get?Easy, this one! (Unless you NEED scissors). It's got the features I need, and that's why I chose it.All good quality bits, very well put together, and no wobbly, flimsy bits.Price compared to other models from leatherman? Good. It has the same is features, can even be upgraded with accessories (like a bit kit) to make it even more useful.I've been after a leatherman for years, and due to a bonus, could. I could have gone more expensive, but didn't need to.The quality is there, and anything pushed past its ability will break, it's down to how you use it. If you use this instead of a bigger tool, then it will break.Enjoy. I am.

Perfect present.
Bought as present for son. He has everything he wants so this is something extra. Oh, it's his 49th birthday so age is not an issue.
