Does this product require the clamping of items whilst it dries?

I used it to glue together a broken concrete bird bath I didn’t use a clamp but taped it together while it set.

Yes, but wait 3 days before you put your fish back into your tank.. it is a very good product to have. Hope this helps you.

Can this be used to stick mirrors on wall? I want to cover a full wall with mirrors but need them to be 100% on and not fall off
