If you need a reliable wireless keyboard, this one is worth every penny!
Previously I was using a Gigabyte K7 Wireless keyboard for its ultra-quiet scissor-switch keys. It was a lovely keyboard to type on, with such a light touch to everything. However, the biggest problem I had with it was the connection timing out every few seconds and missing soooooo many keystrokes... which is a bit of a nuisance as a software developer!Fortunately, though, the Logitech G613 popped up on one of my feeds and I was intrigued enough to do some followup research on it before biting the bullet and spending a good chunk of cash on a keyboard I'll need to use solidly for 18 hours a day. Personally, I've always hated the thought of mechanical keyboards because they can be so unbelievably loud! But after seeing the technical specs and positive reviews I thought it might be worth a try. It's certainly not disappointed! The wireless connection is EXCELLENT. It hasn't dropped once since I've had it. My typing speed might not be the fastest in the world, but it certainly isn't exactly "slow". Some people have suggested that theirs drops after periods of inactivity, but I've yet to see that happen. It was nice and easy to setup, but you'll most likely need to download the relevant software from the G613 support website as it didn't install on connection to the PC. I also like how little you actually need to press in order to register a keystroke. It allows me to type faster (and quieter) without getting the same fatigue you might encounter with "heavier" mechanical keyboards. On that note, this is a HEAVY keyboard and not something you would walk around with for portability. It is best suited for people with an aversion to desk clutter (I HATE wires all over the place), who also need performance from their peripherals. Some people have also said its smaller than most keyboards, which is nonsense. The G keys are kind of useful, but you are quite limited in terms of the types of macros you can assign to them. I've just ended up copying the keys closes to each one and a couple of the "F" keys to the top two, mostly because I inadvertently keep hitting the lower ones whilst I get used to them being there. The media keys work well and there's also a "gaming mode" switch that presumably reduces the latency of the connection further, but at the expense of battery life. You can also switch between bluetooth and wireless connections at the press of a button. For anyone interested, the handrest is not removable and the back legs change the keyboards height profile from ~2cm from desk to the keyboard flat (base of the keys), through to~4cm, which combined with the handrest is actually very comfortable.I have used a fair few keyboards in the past (and reviewed a couple of Amazon) and the Logitech G613 blows them all out of the water. This one is going to last me a VERY long time!Good points- Excellent wireless connection quality and latency.- Solid mechanical keys.- Unbelievably light touches needed to press keys.- Easy to setup.- Easy to use.- "G" keys to allow for limited macro use.- Heavy, with rubberised feet, so won't move anywhere without force.- Works fine in conjunction with other Logitech (or other wireless) peripherals.- Benefits of a wired system, without the wires!- Quieter than most mechanicals.- Nice feel on the keys.- Excellent build quality.- Comes with free phone stand for some reason.Not-so-good points- It is HEAVY. No good for working remotely in a coffee shop or carrying around with you.- Quite loud because it's mechanical.- "G" keys get in the way a bit but are manageable.- Comes with a phone stand and micro USB cable for no apparent reason. Chances are if you are buying this setup, you've already got that side of things setup for yourself!Overall, if you need a reliable wireless keyboard you really do get what you pay for and the Logitech G613 is worth every penny. Give it a try and see for yourself!

Simple and Elegant
This is my (n+1)th keyboard, so I did not expect too much of it. First thought was that I try it in the office for a day and then shelf it for occasional use. Somehow, however, it remained in active use ever since. Of course, it also helps that at home I have a G910, so the key feel and the extra column of keys on the left is nothing new. The major difference is that the G910 looks the part, whereas the G613 has a simple elegance that does not stand out in an office environment.First, I had some trepidation: there is no back-lighting. Is this going to be OK especially with heavily overcast sky or at dusk? Luckily the answer turned out to be yes. I have two monitors and their light is amply enough to see the key legends. And of course there are some fears (based on other reviews) that only time can tell if they come true: easily losing signal after a few months of usage? I cannot tell yet. The stencilled legends wearing off easily? Too early to tell. But now the more technical aspects listed:-- Build quality: very good. However, compared to its heftiness the flex is surprisingly high. The rubber feet and the weight of the keyboard keeps it firmly in place. Some people complain about its size and heaviness: for me, these are positive features. I even have a Unicomp Model M, so you can guess my taste.-- Noise level: definitely louder than the G910 (whitch has the same type of key switches). The space bar and the (ISO) Enter key especially stand out as rattly, which, again, are not the case with the G910. The case, although relatively thin, somehow amplifies the key noise. But if you can type softly, that is, you are relaxed and the tactile feedback guides your key presses, than it is not noisy at all. It is only when there is silence around you that you will concentrate on the noise you make.-- The extra keys: if you rely heavily on the edge position of your keys, the extra column needs some getting used to. Hitting G1->F1 instead of an Escape is especially irritating. So, some patience is needed. Of course, a gamer may find these keys useful. (I am using the keyboard without the software.)-- Switching between wireless and Bluetooth: really fast. After you have set up a new pairing, you will have practically no wait time when switching between the two devices. The mobile stand is especially useful in this respect.-- Key caps: they are special, rare key caps not even Logitech offers spare ones at the time of writing this review. The caps might be compatible with other Romer-G key caps but the ones I found were made for back-lit keyboards, so the light-off readability is rather poor. So the current best advice: take good care of your key caps you can never tell when replacements will be available on the market.Would I recommend this keyboard? Yes definitely. I would encourage prospective buyers, however, to look up some one and two star reviews too to see what problems may pop up during longer term usage.

One of the best wireless keyboard as of date
I was looking for a wireless keyboard for a while, it's been over a month since I've owned and used this. I gave up in the end and bought one of these since my old cheap wired membrane keyboard was making it awfully painful to type for long. The keyboard itself is very big and has a what seems to be a very unncessary wrist rest like thing. It's relatively heavy and rather large. It's not too loud but the switches seem to be uncommon so you can't really switch the keycaps that easily. The G keys on the side actually get in the way, you'll more than likely mistake them for ESC, TAB, CTRL etc..That all said, it has a very nice touch and feel to it, very nice to type on. It feels extremely fluid from a typist perspective (can probably do about 100 WPM). Many other wireless keyboards don't have the ISO (UK) layout, e.g. DREVO has the ANSI layout and is '10keyless'. The multimedia buttons and extra buttons are a bit of a niche but are nice. Being wireless gives my desk more desk estate (aiming for a majority wireless set up).The whole idea of a wireless mechanical keyboard seems to be quite niche. I notice almost no latency but I don't play competitive esports. If you have the money to spend, and a large desk, go for it. If not just buy a cheaper mechanical keyboard and wait for refreshes.
