hello - i took them all summer long (last year) and never had any issues. I went extremely dark (more than usual) ... I bought 2 bottles (1 after the next) and never had issues. I would defiantly say to take 3 pills a day 2 weeks prior to your holiday. that will give you the best results. good luck !!!!

Dietary supplement with carrot powder, PABA and the protein building block tyrosine

Consumption recommendation: Adults and children over 16 years 1-3 tablets daily with a meal It is recommended to start at least 4 weeks before a holiday trip to get a good effect.
