Needed a keyboard tray that fitted under the dimensions of my desk but also had the ability to rise, tilt, and swivel. As this was the only one I could find that met my requirements and wasn’t massive I ordered it.Being a UK customer it took a while to arrive from New York but when it came I was very impressed with the solid build quality of the product, a lot heavier than I expected. Does everything I would like it to do, and the fact the mouse holder is an optional extra is another bonus.The only negative I must point out is that some moving parts where a bit stiff when they arrived but a quick spray with some WD 40 fixed these.

It was quite difficult to fit in place for a in-built desk. It would have been easier if I could have flipped the desk over, but with the aid of my son and a g-clamp we managed it. I bought this as a replacement for an underdesk plastic keyboard tray that had finally broken after about eleven years of hard service by my son. Very clever design. My son enjoys the way it adjusts the angle individually for both keyboard tray and mouse mat.

In my case I am using the KT1 with a TextBlade keyboard (which is small form factor) and I like the ability to be able to be able to have the keyboard lower than my desk and slightly tilted to give me a more ergonomic position for using my itOnly thing to note is that the instructions suggest the mounting plate on the underside of the desk should be flush with the front. If you want to be able to use the option to have the keyboard at the same level as the desktop then you want to mount it about 2" back..

Whilst having a keyboard shelf that tilts & shifts like this is great, considering the cost of the item I was very disappointed to find several nuts & screws missing. Hunted around to find replacement screws and now very pleased but considering the cost, I would have thought they could have at least provided all the necessary screws & nuts

Solved my desk's ergonomic problem

very strong and sturdy, but not a long arm to scroll under the desk to the outside, so, your keyboard will be tide to the edge of the desk. you can attach the mechanism to the outside, but that would not look nice. I had to buy a bigger mechanism from a different place to fix in the corner of my desk which requires longer sliding part

Had to do some DIY on my desk to accomdate it but it works fine
