Super easy
Admittedly, I have an extensive background with LED signage, but I found this product super easy to use. It does require a closed network to set up, so get a cheap $20 router to use for programming. Much better than the hours you'll spend with the USB. As for programming the sign, the software is easy as well. I was able to set up a 5 message display with text, photo, and animation within a couple hours. Best of luck. Enjoy!!!

Ehhh
Instructions are very hard to follow, and customer support never happened. So I have an LED sign sitting in my closet, and two USB drives with software for them that I have no idea how to use
