This is the best valve core tool that I have come across. It a lot better than the Park tool one.

Had others but not as well made

This little tool makes removing valve cores a doddle. Cores can be removed with a pair of pliers, but the spokes make it very difficult - and you run the risk of damaging the threads. I cannot imagine a tool as simple as this costs more than pennies to produce, hence four stars instead of five.

Great for removing valves for adding tyre sealant.

Purchased to replace the core on my new tubeless tyre setup. Works very well.

Having had a few annoying punctures in my tubed tyres, and fed up off having to repair out on ride, decided to use tyre sealant in the inner tube, rather than going tubeless. Removed valve easily enough from old repaired tube with spanner, but as you have to top up the sealant occassionally, and it is another bike tool (can't seem to resist collecting them) decided to buy this. Works well, simply drop over valve, twist and remove, no problem, and reinstate valve on completion. Worth buying.

Fits over the Presta knurled nut and a tight fit on the flats (4.25 mm).
