This eye makeup remover requires a lot less agitation to enable the liquids to mix in comparison to another well known brand. I have very sensitive eyes when it comes to fragranced products, but this one is fragrance free. For the price I think it is a good quality gentle product that removes eye makeup completely and effortlessly, without the need of scrubbing; my skin around the eyes is left soft and ready for my eye cream to complete the moisturising.

I’ve tried so many eye makeup removers that promise the world and deliver nothing but stinging eyes or raccoon-like remnants on my lashes. Garnier Skin Active 2 in 1 Eye Make Up Remover really surprised me. First off, it removes everything waterproof mascara, stubborn eyeliner, and even the trickier liquid eyeshadows without me having to scrub or tug at my delicate under-eye area. That alone is a lifesaver for someone like me who’s paranoid about fine lines. The texture is lovely too. It’s a gentle, lightweight liquid that glides over the skin and doesn’t leave a sticky residue or greasy film. My eyes feel soft and clean immediately, and there’s no burning or redness, which is a huge plus. I usually swipe it with a cotton pad twice per eye, and everything comes off in one go. It also doesn’t make my mascara smeary, which is important if I’m trying to clean just my eyeliner mid-day without touching the rest of my makeup. I appreciate that it’s suitable for sensitive eyes, and I can tell they thought about that. There’s no harsh fragrance, and even with daily use, my eyes and skin feel fine. Packaging is simple and practical, a nice pump bottle would have been handy, but the flip cap works fine too. If you want a remover that actually lives up to its claims and treats your skin kindly while doing it, this one’s a solid choice. It’s the kind of product that makes removing makeup feel less like a chore and more like a tiny pampering ritual.

I'm so pleased to be able to use this fantastic eye make up remover now that Garnier are certified by Cruelty Free International (Leaping Bunny symbol) as being 100% free of hideous, morally reprehensible, and totally unnecessary animal testing. It removes layers of waterproof mascara from eyelashes with absolute ease, does not sting nor leave eyes blurry after use. I don't use it on a cotton pad though; holding a reusable or regular cotton pad under my eyes, I dip a flat eyeshadow brush in a small amount of the remover and stroke dowmwards over the lashes. The mascara and excess remover are absorbed by the pad and there's absolutely no pressure on the eyelashes. It takes no time at all and protects the lashes from damage, and of course, anything that prevents rubbing the delicate skin around the eyes is also good practice. I've no idea why I cannot find this in shops now, but thanks to Amazon, I won't be without. Oh, I forgot to mention, it's really inexpensive too, and lasts ages. Love it.

Brilliant eye make up remover, you don't have to rub either. I put some on a cotton pad and hold it over my eyes for a few seconds and then wipe it away.

Good for your lashes. Dab a little on your mascara wait a a few seconds and it dissolves away all eye make absolutely brilliant product

The product works great and removed my makeup well all while being gentle on the eye area. There’s no scent so it’s not harmful. My concern is how it was shipped. The lid doesn’t fully close so it needs to be secured in order to not spill everywhere. These measures weren’t taken therefore it was leaking all over the packaging and a good amount was lost. When the bottle is so small, it’s evident when that amount is missing. All in all, I’d buy the product again as it’s a good price but I would look for another seller that will package it properly before sending.

Good quality product, the liquid is the consistency of water yet it's slightly oily and free from scent. Good ease of use, simple to open and close although the design does leave the bottle vulnerable to accidental spillage. It doesn't irritate my skin and is effective at removing
