These are very well formulated Essential Amino Acid Tablets with nothing added to them. I have used several LLS brand supplements and I can clearly see that they provide very high quality supplements. These are great to supplement for your protein needs. I am predominantly plant based so this is helpful for me to get Essential Amino Acids without having to have very large amounts of protein shakes. They are great for recovery from workouts and supported my body well. What I really like is that there is nothing else added which means I am not putting in anything nasty in my body. The key practical things you would need to consider: - The Tablets are large so may not be easy to swallow for everyone. (Also swallowing 5-10 tablets may not be to everyone's liking) - Since they don't have a coating then again this does not always make it easy to swallow and you would get some bitter taste when it touches your tongue - Since there is no coating over time the tablets can start disintegrating slowly over time which means you will have powder in the bottle and it can get messy The above would not be an issue if it has a coating and something binding it together but that means adding something that would not be good for you. I appreciate that LLS are not using a coating as I don't want any additional nasties in this. The alternative if you did not want the above is to have their flavoured Essential Aminos drink which is an a Apple and Kiwi flavoured powder you mix with water For me the tablets work well and I just work with the practicalities of them but I also use the flavoured Aminos. I continue to trust this brand.

One of the if not THE only EAAs I found that come in tablets instead of flavoured powders, it's amazing! I highly recommend, I definitely noticed recovery is better and I also take it first thing in the morning before having a fasted run, I will definitely be a repeated buyer and keep using it!

Good clean product and better price when on offer, then some premium brands

These Essential Amino Acids are a great addition to my supplement routine. They contain all 9 EAAs plus BCAAs, helping with muscle recovery and growth. The tablets are easy to take, and I’ve noticed better endurance and less soreness after workouts. Plus, they’re vegan-friendly, which is a big bonus.

This is my first purchase of EAA's and I will need to be taking them consistently for at least a couple of months before I can say with confidence if they are effective or not. For context, I am taking them because I want to gain lean weight while on an intermittent fast. With that said, here are the pros and cons so far: PROS: I was surprised at an immediate improvement in my training - I've gone from 13 bodyweight dips to 16 in a few days, having been stuck on 13 for a year. I'm now doing weighted dips for the first time. I've also seen a more modest, but still surprising, improvement in my chin-ups. Value for money - cost/quality balance seems to be optimal from the limited research I have done. CONS: Taste - other reviews say these taste better than the alternatives and I'll take their word for it but you won't be swallowing them for pleasure! I'm unclear on dosage. My aim is to make up the gap between my protein intake and my protein need in order to achieve a modest increase in lean muscle weight (I'm not body building but I do want to put on a few pounds). It is not clear whether taking ten of these tablets (ten grams of EAA) will make up for a shortfall of ten grams of protein in my diet. I've asked the question but no response so far. I will update the review after I have taken a two month supply if I have any further observations then.

A good quality/value for money amino acid supplement

These are a good source of Amino's but even at 10 daily tablets which is the recommended daily intake its still not enough for vegans or vegetarians for l-tryptophan, recommended daily is at a between 250mg - 1000mg daily, plus its not competitive on price compared to other brands

This a great blend of amino, work well with me quick recovery from a hard day.

The only thing better than Love Life's products is their customer service! I had a problem with international shipping and Richard promptly stepped in and made an very kind gesture to get things sorted and really helped me out. Companies with customer service like this are rare nowadays. I cannot recommend this company enough and fully believe in their mission. I've been taking both the EAA's and Creatine with great success for years. 5+++ Stars all the way!
