EXCELLENT - MY INSTRUCTIONS to NEWBIES with Pic
1. If you are a novice don't use an corded electric drill. Glass will heat up quickly and you may crack it. You will then be extremely upset.2. I used a different polish 2.3 micron glass polish which can be bought on Amazon, same size pot as one supplied.3. Windscreen was scratched by the wiper. Snapped off and caused a 30cm light scratch. Took best part of 2.5 hours to 3 hours. Look at my picture to see setup.4. Use water spray to keep screen gently moist (very little sprinkle) on the glass area. Not loads just a tiny sprinkle.5. Use masking tape as pictured to stop residue and have a sense of direction.6. Go side to side very slowly and up and down if applies.7. Keep checking the glass to ensure it's not heating up with the back of your hand.8. Keep yellow clothes and window cleaner to check the area every 5 mins.9. FINALLY be patient Rome was not built in a day. You will be pleased.10. Extra pads can be bought happy days.11. If 2.3 Microns can be supplied for polish then this would be better. It will get full marks regardless.

Works but the pad head is quite small
Product arrived quickly, it was well packaged and came with everything in the image. The small head means that the product is a little trickier than if the head were another 1"However the compound works, the buffer buffs and the cloth cleans so 4* from me.

Takes time but DOES work.
Had a scratch caused by something under window wiper that got dragged across the entire sweep of the wiper blade, the scratch was very visible, but barely deep enough to catch your finger nail when trying to see how deep it was, my windscreen is on a Ford so has the quick clear heating element in it, didn't fancy spending a small fortune on a new quick clear windscreen!Used a drill that plugged into the mains, NOT a battery powered one, attached about 3 good sized blobs of the polishing liquid onto the polishing pad and then dabbed that onto 3 small section of the scratch then slowly did 1 sweep with the drill on low speed to join all 3 dabs together, then with a wet sponge dropped a small amount of water across the section I had just created then started to polish at full speed. You need to make sure that you keep adding a small amount of water to the polishing compound on the windscreen, you want it like a paste, if you let it dry you will end up with a dull patch. It took me about 2 hours as once I had done a bit on one section of the scratch I moved onto another small section of the scratch allowing the previous section to cool down, then when get to the end repeat from the start again, but constantly dripping a small bit of water to keep it as a paste seems to be the trick, and patience.I still have a tiny bit of the scratch left that you can only see if you look from the inside at a very acute angle, not really visible but I intend to get it out when I next plan to spend the day cleaning and polishing my car, which incidentally you will need to do after using this stuff as it spatter all over the place, but comes of very easily.Overall very happy with product as saved me having to get a new quick clear windscreen, product DOES work, but you need to have patience.

Does the job but it's overpriced.
So, I was initially disappointed as I discovered the drill attachment and polishing pad were much smaller than I was expecting (about 55mm in diameter). The company has a video on youtube of it in use and the attachment and pad used in the video is significantly bigger. This makes the process painfully slow and awkward and difficult to keep an even distribution.Anyway the end result was worth it, I had lots of scratches on my windscreen as the previous owner obviously never cleaned the wiper blades. Driving into the sun and headlights at night was horrible as the light spread out making it hard to see and pretty dangerous. The kit significantly reduced the scratches to a level where I can now drive at night and not be dazzled by headlights, it also straight away just looks a lot better.I would say it might be worth buying the components separately and getting a bigger polishing pad, but if you don't have time to shop around this'll do.

Worked very well
I purchased this kit after buying a bag of cerium oxide offered from another vendor. I had the felt pads and disks already, and figured all I needed was the media. After practicing on a glass window it became obvious that it wasn't removing the scratches and it was leaving a haze. This kit removed the scratches quickly and brought the glass back to a high gloss on my test piece, so I felt comfortable using it on my new car, which had a fingernail deep wiper scratch right in my line of vision. Here is what I learned... The felt pad doesn't really begin to cut until it has been loaded with compound and run in for a few minutes. Once it is beginning to heat the windshield, it only takes a small squirt of mildly soapy water to activate the compound. I found that 140 deg f surface temperature seemed to promote the quickest polishing, but I didn't exceed 140f . There is very little overspray when you use minimal water to reactivate the pad. During the whole process I charged the pad with 3 pea drops a dozen times or so. You don't need very much compound. Also, I ran the drill at 2,500 rpm and worked in 3" × 6" areas, moving to cooler areas to let the glass cool to 120 deg f before returning to work on those areas. Also the windshield temperature before starting was 90 deg f. It was a hot day so the temperature difference between work areas and the rest of the glass was less. I'm not so sure I would be as aggressive if the windshield was cold. The total job took 2 hrs and I used half of one pad. This is a great product.
