Polishes Corian-like worktops from matt to decent satin finish - follow up with a decent polish
First of all I removed heavy scratches from my Corian-like worktop with Makita 125mm orbital sander and 320 grit aluminium oxide discsThen I used the sander with a maroon scotchbrite pad and 3M Perfect-It III fine polish to remove the 320 grit scratches leaving a scratchless matt finish. Then I used THIS fine machine polish with a felt pad on the orbital sander to progress from a matt to a satin finish. Finally, I followed up with manual application of GLEAN polish to get a high gloss finish (I think it's a wax or silicon polish)End result looks really nice (possibly better than when first installed by professional custom worktop company).
