Have these got a serrated edge?

No they don't. They are straight edged and very sharp.

Are they suitable for left-handers?

Suitable for left or right hand use and boy, are they sharp.Cut the fat off 1/2 inch sirloin steak,no problem.Top quality, highly recommended.

What is the country of origin/manufacture of these scissors?

The Amazon sales page says the blades are Swiss crafted. Another user's answer on the same page says they are made in Germany. Where ever they come from, these scissors are exellent, feel very good in the hand, are very sharp and keep their edge. Strongly recommended.
