I have a 2020 motorola android. The most confusing part of the setup was picking the model; the box calls it Aurora, but there's no option for that, just many combinations of a single letter followed by a number. If you pick the wrong model, you have to UNINSTALL THE APP, before picking another model. I finally got it right with model X3 to pair with my phone Wifi....it was very frustrating!!! But once I got it working, it worked well. Good Luck!

This is so useful. I never knew that wax was blocking my right ear. Thanks to this I was able to buy all the necessary equipment to remove all the ear wax myself. I would love to upload picture here but then I don't want you to lose your appetite.There is one problem with this unit and that is why I'm taking away one star and that is this unit heat up very quickly making it uncomfortable in your ear. It heats up because it uses a very powerful light. You have 90 seconds till you start feeling the Heat. You can always turn it off let it cool and then try again.

This item serves its purpose. The battery lasts longer than our previous ear wax remover tool. The only complaint that I have is that it only comes with one of the covers for the little spoon.

-Battery life is my biggest complaint: about 20 minutes.-Next complaint is the wax scraper tool that screws onto the camera. I wish it was a little more rigid, but it's probably safer being softer anyways. But for the price and functionality, 5 stars for sure.Forgot to mention the handy pick and acne set. Great addition!

I ordered this thing hoping to help me figure out why my ear always felt so clogged. I found out why! This scope has a bright light that showed me all the pushed-back wax that was causing me all that trouble. I was able to use the included scraper thing to clear it out, too! There’s a few different attachments that can handle all likes of waxy situations. The best part is that you can hook your smartphone up to the ear cleaner so you can actually see what you’re scraping. Be mindful, however, that you don’t go too far back. Looking at the phone, it’s kinda hard to tell just how far into your ear you’ve gone. Overall, I really like this thing
