Was wonder what the actual dimensions of the tree are not just the base. Thank you

Dear customers, The width of the base of a 6-foot tree is about 68 cm. Since we measure manually, there may be a little error. This tree has 688 branch tips and 240 warm white and multi-colored lights, creating a lush, natural look perfect for decorating the corner of a room or office.

Does the tree just stay on white lights only if selected ? Thanks

Dear Customer, If you choose, the lights on the tree will stay in any mode you like. This Pencil Christmas Tree Has A Stylish Slimline Shape with 6 FT (6.5 FT Including Top Section).

Why is his lighting inconsistent after i installed my tree? some are white and some are colored. how can i solve it?

If you press the button on the square control it changes the sequence to flashing, constant, Chasing, fade in and out and the one you have on is white for 5 secs then changes to coloured for 5 secs alternating between white and coloured in sequence.
