Polycom SoundStation 2 LCD Audio Conference Phone (2200-16000-102) - (Renewed)

The soundstation arrived on schedule, well packaged, and even included a splitter in case it needed to share a socket. I've had this for a month now and use it regularly with no problem. The issues I used to have using handsets with either people not hearing me or me not hearing them have disappeared - the sound quality on this product is excellent. In summary I am delighted with the service I received and the quality of the product. I'm also happy that I didn't pay the price for a new product when this one fits the bill for far less money.

I had a polycom conference phone that had stopped working. Rather than spend several hundred euro on a new one or spending money on a bluetooth conference speaker that required a mobile phone, I thought I would give this a go and see would it sort the problem.The unit as it arrived was shrink wrapped and looked very new and unused. It was in fact a newer version of the phone set that it was replacing which had me slightly worried. However the pieces were the same.I just swapped out each of the components with the new set. It comes with different plugs for UK or european use.It all snapped in nicely and neatly and hey presto the phone works fine.Dont know how durable it is but its the same brand and the previous phone lasted the best part of 15 years so fingers crossed.

Whilst Best4Systems and Amazon claim this item was working and fully reburfished, it was not. The key pad didn't work and i had to return it.

Everyone knows these things, the work great. I only needed the power supply but it was cheaper to buy this than just the new power brick. Bargain.

A refurbished unit, but looks as good as new. All accessories were provided and setup was relatively easy. Product works as advertised. What really impressed me was how the unit and all its accessories were properly packed in the box. very impressed and satisfied with the vendor. Highly recommended.

The device is working but wrapping was bad, I received the phone broken!

C’est la troisième pieuvre que j’achète d’occasion chez Amazon. Deux vendeurs différents mais le résultat est le même. Tres bonne qualité : presque neuf. Avec tous les accessoires nécessaires. Le résultat ne diffèrent en rien avec une neuve qui coûterai trois fois plus cher pratiquement.

Fornito senza manuali di installazione, senza guida all'uso, con 5 cavi e un adattatore NON idonei. Viene indicato per linea analogica ma è fornito con cavi digitali. Pessimo in tutto.
