I've purchased many high heel pads/inserts and NONE OF THEM performed like these did!! I was able to wear my heels all day at work with no discomfort. Also used on some flats that rubbed the back of my heal and they completely solved the problem. For the price and results, I would buy these again and again!! The only "negative" is that they are super sticky so you better place them in the right spot the 1st time!!

These definitely help when put in the spots that rub on shoes, and the balls of your feet. Only downside is after a certain amount of time, they don't stick very well. Won't stop me from using them and readjusting throughout the day though!

It's great to get so many sorts of pads in one box! Especially if you don't normally need/use them and don't know what sorts are best suited for that particular shoe with that particular problem. I bought a pair of shoe where there's a seam around the heel that digs into the back of my foot. I might have just bought the straight heel pad but I found that the short-T shaped ones worked better in filling in below the seam and covering the seam itself. I like that they're on a sheet of plastic that's very flexible, so it's easy to try it with the pad in place before taking it off the plastic and sticking it to the shoe. And when you do, the adhesive seems very strong so the pads won't shift. I'll post an update if I have any problems after using them for a while, but so far they seem very, very good!

I got this set because I had a pair of shoes that my heels would slip out of just a tad. They stick on well at first, but I can’t say that they will stay in place for long periods of time, as I did not end up using them. I couldn’t manage to get them in the shoe in a way that was both comfortable and also hidden inside the shoe. The heel pieces did nothing for me, as the material seemed to only make it easier for my heel to slide out of the shoe because of how soft it is. I was using them on a pair of nice close toed heels. It seems that they would be more useful as a way to add comfort to shoes with more room in them, such as sneakers or loafers.

I have issues with my feet. I've blamed it on my shoes for awhile but different shoes didn't change anything. I have various versions of this type of padding and they work. It depends on what you need and how the shoe fits to which you can use. Finding a variety in one pack was amazing. Most are reusable. I like keeping them in my shoes once i find what works for that pair. Would recommend

I had a pair of heels that kept slipping off my feet and left me blistered. I put them in the back of my closet after only 3 hours of wear because I couldn’t bring myself to trash them just yet. I stumbled upon this product one day and OMG the shoes are completely fine now and even feel comfortable. I was able to add pads in to 3 pair of shoes with this one pack. I’m buying several of them and doing all my shoes!!

These are pretty good quality for the amount your getting and the the softness of them. They don’t feel to out of place in your shoe, but for me using the ones at the front for extra support just ended up making my feet hurt, and the pieces that go across the back move up and down constantly. It could be the types or fabric in the shoes because not all of them do this. Overall I would probably buy them again, I just prefer the clear jelly pads although they get lost.
