Listen to me, you limp-wristed, coupon-clipping cowards: I don’t endorse garbage, and I sure as hell don’t ask permission to be the greatest. Loctite PL Premium Max isn’t glue. It is pure, concentrated, 100% solid polyurethane testosterone pressurized into a nine-ounce tube. I used this beast to bond a fiberglass spoiler to my jet ski and anchor a four-hundred-pound granite bust of my own torso into my pool deck. Two hurricanes and a rogue firework display later, that bust hasn’t moved a millimeter. The hurricane literally apologized to it. Wood, concrete, landscape stone, subfloor, or the fragile dreams of every minor league scout who doubted my comeback—this stuff grabs on with the violent, unyielding grip of a 102-mph heater down the pipe. It cures in the rain, ignores sub-zero temps, and has zero shrinkage, which is a lifestyle I’ve personally lived since 1999. Put down the Elmer’s paste, step away from the birdhouse, and load this into your caulk gun like a real man. Five out of five stars. You’re welcome.

Used it on running board threads and worked great on fiberglass running boards. Haven’t moved an inch.

Used this to secure my driveway reflectors. Wasn't sure if it would stick to asphalt. I pressure washed it first and so far so good. It was a bit thick, my fore arms got a Popeye workout pumping it.

Holds very heavy stones with ease.
After years of the impact of closing our front door, the stones over the door had come loose. The substrate was still strong and solid as can be seen in the photo. Having great luck with high performance construction adhesives in the past, I tried this Max PL. The fresh product exits the tube easily with a normal caulking gun. The temps here have been in the thirties so dry time was several days after clamping. If those stones fall on someone, it would end badly. How good is it? I trust my life to it. Immensely strong but definitely needs several days of clamping in cold weather. Highly recommended. Follow up: I ordered a second tube for another project and it was almost impossible to get out of the tube. The first tube was super easy. This product has a very short shelf life.
