Whoo hoo! It's a party blower. What's not to love! Shiny colors too1 They flick out like a lizard tongue, but do not have a noise when you blow them, like those from my childhood. I use them to play with my puppy. He just adores it when one of them shoots out at him. For safety reasons, I don't let him take it away and chew on it, but we get a lot of fun from one before he nips holes in it.

I bought these on sale to save for next years New Years Eve party. My Grandson found the stash and LOVES playing with one each time he visits. Holds up well with a 3 year old boy. Nice tone/sound. Pretty colors.

I ordered these for New Years Eve. I didn't realize they don't make noise. So If you're wanting some that make noise don't order these. But, I wouldn't necessarily say these are bad. Not if you're if looking for some that don't make noise. So If that's what you're looking for they're good.

Put these together with other party items for my niece who lives far away. I love that I can put a bunch of stuff together on Amazon and have it mailed to my niece, without having to leave the house to go to the store and the post office.

Got these as an add on. My daughter will turn 27 and we are having a dinner.Thought it would be cool for picture with her and her friends blowing them.Good to create laughs and add brilliant colors to the picture.

Call me old fashioned, but when I had these at parties as a kid, they made that classic "Happy Birthday" noise when inflated. These just simply extend... with no noise at all. They were suspiciously and oddly quiet at a recent surprise birthday party. If I had to buy these again, I'd get the kind that make noise.On that same note, these might work well for kids parties and parents who want to keep a little piece of their sanity. A dozen kids with noisemaking party blowers would be enough to frazzle just about anyone, which is were these would be very handy to have.

I bought these for the noise factor, but they don't actually make noise. Just the whisper of rustling paper when you blow. They are pretty and festive, though.
