If you mean can someone come round to help you push a 3 pin plug into a 3 pin uk socket, I'd suggest asking your carer.

Hello, The pre-amp is quite small, lightweight and gives off litre heat. Just check you get no mains hum by placing it so close to the main amp and as long as you don't block any heat vents on your integrated amp it should be okay. You could also put a small place mat between the pre and main amps.
