Press this button while sliding the band off. Do this for both ends. Then just slide the new band on. You do not have to press the button to put new band on. **Q: Are these considered a break away band?** A: No, I wouldn’t consider it to be a breakaway band. It’s easy to remove by slipping it over your hand. And is adjustable **Q: Is it stretchy enough to wear higher towards elbow? I work in a lab and want to be able to slide it up high to prevent it from getting ruined.** A: They are adjustable, so it would be easy to make the band bigger.
