Hi there, According to the User Guide you should "Use with USB 1.1, 2 and 3 only". It also mentions that "Power rating is 5V 2.5W max". The analogue audio line output (mini jack) has 2V RMS.

Actually the computer sends the MQA file to the E2 via usb, the E2 processes the file and sends the analog signal to your powered speakers. So the type of computer doesn’t matter. It works with all of them.
