Amazing multi vitamin
I have never really stuck out taking vitamins for any length of time till I found these. I’ve been taking them on a daily basis since May 2023 and it wasn’t long till I started seeing results.My nails are stronger, I feel less fatigue, my hair feels better and when I went to give blood the nurse said my Hemoglobin was nice and high.These are much cheaper than from the high street, I was paying £17/£18 a packet previously.

It's ok, but wouldn't buy again
It comes with 1 half cod liver oil tablets and 1 half multivitamin, personally i found both hard to swallow and quite large, i've tried other brands which have been easier so i wouldn't buy these again, but if you have no problem swallowing tablets go for it, they have all the vitamins you need. I do prefer other products though.

Doesn’t workforce me , I won’t buy this again , I guess the other brands would be better, I didn’t like this at all, I do feel better for not using it.
