They were delivered on time and packaged well, and fit my work shoes perfectly (after trimming then with a pair of scissors using the size guides on the underside of the insoles). I have only been wearing them for a few days but they are comfortable even after wearing them all day. Since I am "flat footed" they are helping me to adjust my walking gate and reduce tension on my Achilles area. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because I have only used them for a short time, and I have not used any other brand and so cannot compare them.
