**Q: If you buy one size will they fit in different shoes e.g.- trainers, work shoes etc**
A: I've not had a problem doing that, I regularly swap the insoles from shoes to trainers or walking boots.

**Q: I have pain from the ball of my foot whilst using the clutch, does this have a firm base to spread the pressure across the width of my foot ?**
A: I am not convinced that these would help as they are thin in the area of the ball of the foot. Good solid thick soled shoes or boots might help. cheers.

After sustaining an Achilles tendon injury my physiotherapist suggested I got this product as it provided sufficient support for my foot arches and she regarded as good value for money when compared to similar but more expensive products. They were delivered on time and packaged well, and fit my work shoes perfectly (after trimming then with a pair of scissors using the size guides on the underside of the insoles). I have only been wearing them for a few days but they are comfortable even after wearing them all day. Since I am "flat footed" they are helping me to adjust my walking gate and reduce tension on my Achilles area. The only reason I have not given 5 stars is because I have only used them for a short time, and I have not used any other brand and so cannot compare them. That said I intend to buy this product again for my other footwear based upon what I know so far.
