Very stylish and a good weight.
Very good weight to the holder and the handle of the paper opener. And I have had a few people ask me were i bought it. They seem very interested in buying one. Glad i bought it.

Plastic dragon, but still love it
Can only give it 4 stars due to the fact that dragon is plastic not metal even though it says pewter.. perhaps it said pewter effect and I missed it? not that I don't love it!!! I think it's brilliant and the most random birthday present I ever bought anybody. the sword is beautiful, it's got little carving on the blade near the handle really really like it! hope the daughter-in-law does too ..she's got a bearded dragon, so I'm hoping! The only reason I gave it 4 stars was due to the Dragon being so dark the details not very apparent unless you pick it up to look at it which I don't think she'd prefer.. and because it's hard plastic so might not survive if it was ever dropped

If you like dragons, get one! The dragon has beautiful detail and the "sword" works very well as a letter opener.

Nice item, poor quality, unhelpful company policy
I bought this item for my Granny, she was very pleased with it, however, just 3 months after purchase the handle disconnected from the blade of the letter opener rendering it useless. Once I found out I contacted the seller who required a picture of the faulty area "This is necessary for our records." Unfortunately, as the product was faulty she threw the letter opener away, keeping just the dragon, so we are unable to take a picture, and after explaining to the company the situation I received the below : "As an employee i cannot set policy, i have spoken to our management about this issue and the answer is definite. I regret the bad feeling this may engender but the policy is not negotiable in this instance." They also do not supply spare parts, so if I want to rectify the issue for my Granny I would have to purchase a replacement item at my cost, despite the faulty product. Very disappointed and annoyed to be honest, you would expect an item like this to last more than 3 months. My recommendation would be to look elsewhere
