Not sure about the quality of the product :/
Didn't really notice a significant change after taking this product for a month. Perhaps it wasn't the correct dosing/form for my body. Nevertheless, I've switched to Cytoplan's sublingual Vitamin B12 supplement (sublingual is recommended by healthcare practitioners) and have noticed an improvement in my overall energy levels.
