I am using for modelling, so I guess a bit heavy for paper cutting. It is as 2 pieces of standard 80gsm A4 paper back to back.

Does this paper have 'tooth' for layering coloured pencils

I know what you mean, but it has no more tooth than any other inkjet paper. It's not really 'card', but heavy paper.
