I’ve tried many pre workouts and none are as good as this. At the time of writing this it has a 4 star rating, don’t be put off by this, this is definitely a 5 star pre workout, the reason it’s 4 stars is the price. It is very expensive especially for 20 servings but you get what you pay for, it’s definitely better than other pre workouts that are nearly half the price. It has all the right ingredients at the right doses. The taste is ok, some of the cheaper pre workouts taste better but I think it’s probably harder to mask the taste off the proper doses of ingredients in this. Definitely very impressed with this pre workout and will be ordering more.

Great pre workout with pretty much no crash. Yea it’s more expensive than others but you get what you pay for. Tingles the right amount and easies you in to find the best dose. Mixes well, tastes ok but you drink it quick and it’s done.

Great pre workout with scientifically proven doses. Mixes in really well and I have never had a clump. Taste isn’t great as it is quite artificial tasting but not an issue if you down it. Overall a good, stimulating pre workout.

Really enjoying this pre-workout at the moment..... Been using it for the past 3 weeks and, unlike say, the 'Ripped Freak' pre-workout supplement, that has your brain and body go from 0-60 in literally seconds, Legion's is a case of gradually increasing the intensity over around 10-15 minutes, just like turning the dial on a thermostat. So, horses for courses really. For the record, I like the 'Ripped Freak' stuff too.... It help keep me alert for those low reps, heavy weights sets and makes me feel strong.. Tastes good......no jitters afterwards.....so.....all good! Bit expensive, I guess, but you get what you pay for..... :-)

Have been using this pre for a few months now after having tried loads and havnt looked back once since buying the first time. It takes a little bit to set in but once it does I feel like I can keep my workout going for longer with far more intensity, also my pumps have been twice the size since buying this pre, I can feel it in my arms almost, and the flavor of both of these are very pleasant to drink, would highly recommend, five stars.

The flavour of most likely their entire line of pre-workout is awful, Tastes like acid wash and the after taste is bad. Im not even a huge fan of sweet pre workouts but this is an awful taste makes me feel sick.

I ordered this pre-workout a month ago, and I am a regular gym goer and am there at least four times a week. When I first went to order this, I wanted to know how it compared to other pre-workouts such as C4 or MP Assualt and other cheaper products. I couldn't find any reviews with this comparison, so I am going to do it my analysis for people. First off I want to say that I have been using pre-workouts for the last 8-12 months and I have used two of the more common ones. The first one I used was C4 while the second one I used was MP Assualt. Both were excellent products, and I would recommend them to someone that's on a budget. What I have learned from my experience using pre-workouts is both C4 and MP are good economical choices, but the ingredients are nowhere near as helpful and of quality in this pre-workout. I always feel mentally focused, excited, and most importantly, my body feels good when I drink it. It doesn't upset my stomach like other pre-workouts such as C4. It gives me incredible energy throughout my entire workout and helps me push my body in a safe, effective way. I have been recommending this product to all of my friends as a primary recommendation. While it is more expensive in my eyes if you are planning to go to the gym 3-4 times a week, you should be spending money on something nice. YOU ARE INVESTING IN YOURSELF, TO IMPROVE YOURSELF AND CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOR THE BETTER. All I can say is spend the money as it only is an extra $20 a month it is worth it. Overall this product is excellent, and I love it, I will be buying all my future products from here as its worth the extra cash. If you are starting out and can stay committed I recommend this because even on days you don't want to go to the gym all you have to do is drink this, and now you feel ready to go!!! Lastly, the only negative thing I have to say is, I wish I didn't get the blue raspberry. Honestly, it is not a good flavor, and I wished I had ordered another flavor..... However, lesson learned and I'm hoping someone reads this and doesn't make the same mistake as me :) Minus the taste of mine 10/10 would recommend!

Legion is one of those companies that falls under the "if you know, you know" category. If you don't, maybe I can help. The supplement industry is largely unregulated. Companies can basically say or do whatever they please within reason and can sell you anything with next to no accountability as to what said product actually contains, how it works, or whether or not its actually good or effective for you. Legion attracted me as a customer years ago because they do their absolute best to be as transparent as possible concerning their products. They voluntarily subject themselves to third party testing, publish every ingredient (along with the "why" behind it) and seem to do their best to keep prices fair in an ever inflating market. Their preworkout is one of the best in the game. It contains only the most effective ingredients in the effective dosage, gives you the burst you need to get through a workout, and at least in my experience, doesn't cause a crash. You do get some of the skin tingling, but that just a side effect of beta alanine which is in most pre workouts. They taste great and get the job done. To top it off, they're the top rated pre-workout on Labdoor (third party testing). They also stand behind their products and refund you no questions asked if something isn't working for you. Great company, great products. Give it a shot. I'm doubtful you'll be disappointed.
