Great product, great price, and did everything that needed in cutting through metal.

Great value set of cutting discs with pre-fitted mandrels. Proceed slowly applying minimum pressure letting the cutting disc do the work. I needed to dry cut three 30.5cm x 45cm travertine tiles to size, one in situ, using a hand Dremel fitted with the Dremel right angle attachment. I bought two sets of discs, as only the largest disc in the set has the required diameter to cut the full tile thickness. In the event, no disc broke, and the second set was not needed. However, very good to have the spares. Before commencing work, ensure the underside of that part of the tile that it is wished to keep is supported on a flat surface (e.g, clamped to a Black & Decker workbench top) with the part of the tile surplus to requirements free to fall away. With the Dremel rotation speed set to c. 2/3rds max, I used one of the mid-diameter discs to make an initial groove in the upper surface (fair face) of the tile to a depth of c. 2mm along the full intended cut length. I then switched to the large diameter disc to finish the cut. Once the cut depth reached c. 4mm, the tiles crack along the cut line. The discs can then be used to square the bottom edge (it will be uneven along the cracked portion that had not been cut), however this task is much easier by dressing with a diamond faced drum (similar to Dremel sanding drum but with micro-diamond surface) (need to purchase separately). This approach takes a long time and is very dusty compared to using a professional wet cutter. However, the discs gave good finished results, and a wet cutter would not have been able to tackle cutting the in-situ tile.

These are OK, but do not run very true: expect to get a 1.5 mm wide trough with the 0.6 mm disks, with true mandrels and a precision-mounted Dremel (I have mine bolted onto a Sherline mill with DRO).For cutting borosilicate glass, I used the smallest diameter wheels (20 mm), max speed and non-stop water cooling from a squirt bottle. Cuts were 2 mm deep overall, 0.2 mm at a time on the Sherline. Needed a new wheel after 50 mm by 2 mm troughs. RPMs started to drop for deeper cuts, so I would not use larger diameter wheels due to lack of torque.The picture is of a borosilicate glass strip, 25 mm long, 2 mm wide and 1.5 mm which I cut off a larger slide using one of these disks. After two cuts like these, the disk was thrown out. Each cut took about 2 min.

Not what i expected and i have only used on aluminium so far. Have tried to cut a slot in thin angle, very Poor

Utterly useless as the discs simply rotate on the shaft!

I was quite dubious purchasing these discs. £6.99 for diamond cutting discs seemed pretty cheap.However the discs have completely surpassed my expectations. They cut through ceramic tiles with ease and far better than the Dremel tile cutting bit which burnt out after 3 inches of curved cutting. The largest disc in the set curve cut at least 30 inches with little wear and carried on cleaning up tile edges after that. A brilliant product!

Uso perfecto para corte de piedras (pequeñas) y vidrio. Es conveniente preparar adecuadamente un sistema de lubricacion con agua. Recomiendo una bomba pequeña de las que se usan para fuentes decorativas colocada debajo de la mesa de trabajo, y con un tubo pequeño llevar el agua con una boquilla para regular el caudal. El agua que cae se recoge en una bandeja debajo de donde se hace el corte o se pule
