Any ideas?** A: Maybe you need to check the batteries. I don't know if this product has a QC (quality control) mode but we have this on our machines in hospitals. We perform QC checks to see that our machines always work. Would use again ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nifty accurate little device *by G***Y on 4 January 2020* This product is brilliant where you want to test both your glucose and ketose in one nifty little device. Really impressed! I even had some ketone urine strips to compare the ketone readings against and this device is unsurprisingly slightly more accurate. Yes, there was a bit of reading before hand but there's also a quick guide as an alternative if you feel confident enough to get started right away. Number 3 on the lancing device is a good level which just feels like a deep scratch. It's the best thing if you don't want to fiddle between 2 different devices for glucose and ketone readings.
