Bletchley Park Brainteasers: The bestselling quiz book full of puzzles inspired by Bletchley Park code breakers

I found the book to be an excellent historical record of Bletchley's approach to cryptology and so interesting , covering all types of codes. I particularly likes the way each chapter contains its own puzzles and found it a very interesting book. Whilst I could complete a number of puzzles throughout the book, I could not get past first base with the Times crosswords from the period! I don't think that I would have been allowed near the gates of Bletchley in real life, but this way I managed to test my mental gymnastics on other types of codes. Well worth the money and learnt a lot.

Bought as a great Christmas gift

This was purchased as a Christmas gift. However when received I had a quick flick through and once it was gifted we had another flick through.I was pleasantly surprised by the quality and length of the book. And it was also received very well.So far it seems like a great book for anyone who loves a good puzzle or riddle.I might have to buy one for myself.Would recommend this one to anyone who loves riddles that make you think way outside the box.

Great quiz book. One of two books arrived with orange stains, looks like a spillage of some kind. Wanted to return only the damaged book but selected both by mistake. Website difficult to alter this mistake, so both books are being replaced, most annoying.

I brought this book for a male friend who was recuperating post-op and driving everyone nuts with his impatience. He was delighted with The Bletchley Park Brainteasers and it did the job we hoped it would. He spent many happy hours taxing his brain and being a better patient in the process. Happiness all round.

I got this as a gift for my sister and she loved it. But you have to be a real puzzle/code fan in order to enjoy this book. Some are easy to solve but others are brain racking. And of course the story is amazing.

Speedy delivery - as usual; the book seems a typical 'puzzle' book ...

A great collection of logic puzzles and quizzes. You will spend some productive hours while solving them. I truly recommend this book.

I’ve always felt that in general the public grossly underestimates the work that goes into Intel. Reading this book might give you a deeper appreciation for the community.
