Speedball Water-Soluble Block Printing Ink Starter Set, 6 Bold Colors with Satiny Finish, 1.25-Ounce Tubes

I bought this set after using the same ones on a 3-day lino print course. These are just what you need to get you started. They are a good 'sticky' consistency whilst being easy to roll over designs. We were making small, 4 x 6 inch prints and they were touch dry in minutes, so easy to make 2 or 3 colour designs without wait time other than time taken to cut out more of your design. The colours are strong and quite opaque, the yellow the least of the colours as you might expect. We didn't but you could easily mix them. The rollers clean up easily after use and a little goes a surprisingly long way so don't be put off by the size of the tubes, you'll still get many hours of pleasure from them.

I've been using speedball inks for a while now and this little kit is perfect for people just starting at doing relief printing. The inks provide great coverage and an even finish which is surprising for how much you pay for this kit.

This ink looks to be quite expensive but it is by far the best and you get great results for lino prints :-)

These inks were ideal for use in a beginners' workshop. They roll out well and are very easy to clean.

very good quality but dry very quickly-- may need a retarder for slower prints

work very well

I bought 2 boxes of these a while ago for printing onto christmas cards. First off I'm very disappointed that one box was missing a colour and in fact only had 5 tubes of ink. I only just noticed though so too late to return. I have used the red and blue and gold so far, red and blue print well but the gold doesn't print well onto black paper and just looks brown on white paper.

Nice vivid ink but doesn't last long, even with the Speedball Extender medium.

This was a nice set but was pretty small. Wouldn’t recommend for a class or large group but works well.

Ótimo produto! Qualidade indiscutível.

Un regalo, y por lo que me comentaron sale bueno.

están caros para el tamaño, la caja estaba húmeda y uno estaba roto. No los regresé porque ya los necesitaba.
