Review: Nice Gift for a Newbie Rock Enthusiast - For my purposes this was great. It was a decent price for an assorted rock collection for a loved one. It was very well received. I think the stones were a good size as well, accurate to the 1/2" - 1" specs. They looked good (your tiger's eye is obvi a tiger's eye, amethyst an amethyst--you get patterns in the stone). It was overall a good variety too. That said, I think there were one or two that definitely didn't seem like actual stone? I'm not an expert. I just like to collect rocks lol And to that end, as an amateur rock collector, I found the assortment a little dull--but I have a really interesting stones I've either picked by hand at local shops or tumbled myself with really neat patterns and textures. For someone just starting to collect and learn about rocks, this random assort is really nice, especially if you don't know that they're going to fall in love with the hobby. If they're already into rocks, maybe take them to a local shop. They'll appreciate picking the stones themselves.

Love these crystals so much! They have really helped my healing journey.
