Being cold pressed means all the goodness is locked in, the 1L bottle lasts me about 6 months and used it as a marinading oil for chicken and sometimes for grilled fish, it's also great in curries, when frying foods, cooking eggs or in salads. It doesn't taste strong like fish oils but still has a high Omega 3 amount. Win-win​! Being fully organically farmed means its safe from pesticides too.
