Will this help with bloating?

Although I have not seen medical proof, there is general concensus that Potassium will help: "Having a lot of salt/sodium in our diet can cause increased bloating. When we eat potassium-rich foods, this helps our kidneys get rid off excess sodium and help reduce stomach bloating."

Is potassium the same thing as potassium chloride?

No, these tablets are Potassium gluconate, and are free from yeast,wheat,soy,gluton and dairy products. I hope this helps.

Why does it not show the dosage?! And it says soft gel but the picture shows hard tablets.

They are large tablets, not soft gel at all. They are hard to swallow and the dosage is less than 100mg of potassium per tablet.

The description avoids stating it but these tablets contain just 99mg of potassium when the adult RDA is 2000mg to 3500mg, the reason for the BIG discrepancy is there are concerns that supplemental potassium may have some bad interactions, so the low amount these provide is unlikely to have much effect. The best way to increase your potassium status is to eat these foods (in decreasing order of potassium content) Apricots, Prunes, Raisins, Potato, Kidney beans, Orange juice, Soy beans, Banana, Milk, Spinach.
