They make shoes more comfortable to wear when your on your feet all day, especially as I have planter fasciitis. The proper insoles are far better but twice the price, so these are a good alternative for less demanding days.

I bought these to replace the hard removable insoles in my shoes. I am retired but like to keep fit by walking. They have made so much difference to how far I can walk. I no longer feel I have aching feet and legs during a walk nor do I feel I have to sit and rest when I when I get home. I would recommend.

I am UK size 4 and was able to cut these down to the correct size to fit into my shoes well. They feel supportive when I'm on my feet all day - though they are not 'cushioning' as such so don't feel as soft as others I've tried.

However now, my feet are never sore!I love these insoles, they're perfect.I will say they're quite tough, so definitely better for long term wear, rather than occasional.These really have changed my life, had them for a few months now and use them everyday, I'm so grateful they exist 😿
