What are the ingredients

They don't put the ingredients on the box but I have been using them for almost 30 years and would not use anything else and no problems

Why are these not returnable? It’s under 30 days ??

I would say once open no return because its a personal body item, say like roll on deodorant once opened, you can't return it!

Can this be used in small strips like Poligrip, or do you need to use it as instructed?

You can cut these seals any way that you feel comfortable, whether they be in strips or cut to fit your denture. It even says on the box that you should cut to fit your denture. Hopefully this answers your question.
