While I was very excited for this set, it was not what I received at all. What I did receive looks like a refill packet of a single additive.Super disappointed but hopefully the situation will be fixed!

I have been watching videos on Molecular Gastronomy and decided I wanted to give it a try! This little kit is perfect because it contains almost everything you need. This was really fun to do with friends and I highly recommend it if you wanted to try something new!

I got this as a fun Christmas gift for my Chemistry major boyfriend. He was so excited to open it up and use it but it is tough to tell from the packaging what actually come inside. You will definitely need some margarita mix and limes. We used a good quality silver tequila and a lower level triple sec for the "eggs". The chemistry you need to use to make most of the items and ideas is advanced. I couldn't even keep track of what was going on and it was very time consuming.

bought it as a gift for myself for christmas, i do love the margaritas, its just alot of work to make them and ingredients i probably wont use again, and the one thing i needed was more expensive than the kit itself

I bought one of these, tried it out, didn't work. Then I saw on the packet that they had expired. I wrote to the company three times for replacement packets. They never responded.

It's no as easy as it sounds, the first time I tried it I made quite a mess... But we had margaritas anyway xD

This was a perfect gift! I will comment more when the person makes it!

It's a fun gift, for people that likes to experiment and cause sensation with their presentations of drinks, but it takes time... We were planning to use it on a party to add some fun for our guest, but it was impossible to entertain and make these... We decided to enjoy the just ourselves... To much work!
