Each serving is 50 gms so fairly simple to calculate at 10 servings. However, I do not measure by weight but by tablespoon measure. I obviously under measure as I get in excess of 10 servings per tub. I hope this helps **Q: can you eat fruit, when you first using Almased** A: During the initiation phase we suggest to minimise your fruit consumption due to the sugar content and also to give your digestive system a rest however, once you start introducing regular meals then yes you can eat fruit. For instance, you can add 1-2 handfuls of berries to your morning shake or eat 1 portion of fruit as a healthy snack during the day. **Q: Can I mic this in a fruit or veg smooothie?** A: We would not recommend mixing with a shop bought smoothie as many contain additional sugar and can be relatively high in calories. You could make your own with 5 tablespoons of Almased with either 200ml of low-fat milk or 200-350ml of water and then either 1/2 cup of mixed frozen berries or green leafy vegetables or 1/2 avocado for example . We do have a variety of smoothie recipes on our website. ## Frequently Bought Together - Almased Meal Replacement Shake - Plant Base Protein - Weight Loss Formula - Low-Glycemic High Protein Diet - Metabolism & Energy Booster - 17.6 oz - Almased Protein Shaker Bottle | For Protein Mixes | Smoothie Bottle | Perfect Shaker Cups for Protein Shakes and Preworkout, 24 Oz capacity (700 ML) - Almased Vanilla Meal Replacement Shake - Low-Glycemic High Plant Base Protein Powder- Nutritional Weight Health Support Supplement - Vanilla Flavor - 17.6 oz (1.1 Pound (1 Pack)) --- ## Why Shop on Desertcart? - πŸ›’ **Trusted by 1.3+ Million Shoppers** β€” Serving international shoppers since 2016 - 🌍 **Shop Globally** β€” Access 737+ million products across 21 categories - πŸ’° **No Hidden Fees** β€” All customs, duties, and taxes included in the price - πŸ”„ **15-Day Free Returns** β€” Hassle-free returns (30 days for PRO members) - πŸ”’ **Secure Payments** β€” Trusted payment options with buyer protection - ⭐ **TrustPilot Rated 4.5/5** β€” Based on 8,000+ happy customer reviews **Shop now:** [https://www.desertcart.sk/products/48434157-almased-soya-yogurt-and-honey-meal-replacement-for-weight-control](https://www.desertcart.sk/products/48434157-almased-soya-yogurt-and-honey-meal-replacement-for-weight-control) --- *Product available on Desertcart Slovakia* *Store origin: SK* *Last updated: 2026-10-06*
