The Nakd Gingerbread bars are a lovely sweet treat, and are decent from a nutrient point of view too. The bars travel well and don't get too squashy or sticky. Price is a bit higher than I'd like but I'm writing a review after my 8th order. I am sure there will be more! They also help with nausea, which unfortunately I'm partial to. ETA May 2022 Sadly these bars have now been discontiued, as confirmed by Nakd. I genuinely hope another company will pick up the idea to make a gingerbread flavoured snack.

My favourite bar. Most cereal bars have too much sugar so they're not as healthy as they lead you to believe. This one is the best I've found. It's about 48% dates so there's still a fair bit of natural sugar but there's no extra added. The other 50% of the bar is nuts so the overall effect is pH neutral (if you're into an alkaline diet). Plus there's ginger, cloves and cinnamon - all beneficial. Oh yes, and it tastes nice too!

Hi , yes , would recommend it to all . It is both healthy and tasty but not over sweet . A great choice to have in your bag for the office , when going on a day trip and to enjoy at home . Only reason I am not rating it 5 stars is that if you love chocolate , you might miss the chocolate feeling .

My three year old loves these. They don't have additives, just fruit and nuts so feel fine allowing them as treat. They are sweet and smell very Christmassy. Good value for money, nicely packaged in a box so they are not squashed when they arrived.

I buy a box of these very month for my husband using Subscribe & Save. He loves them (and I must admit I've nicked a couple. A great quick & healthy snack. Weirdly, S&S refused to send these between May & September this year (supposedly due to weather conditions being too hot), which was very annoying.

These bars are brilliant. Rich deep and satisfying an d do give slow release all morning. They dont taste sweet and their tecture is a little dense (down to the dates?) but they are a divine chew and so so lush. Best not eaten next to the tin/box they are stored in.

I always buy Nakd bars from Amazon cos they've always got an offer on every so often so it totally wins on the value for money front. However the gingerbread flavoured bar was not particularly pleasant. I really enjoy a lot of the other flavours but the gingerbread bar seems to have quite big chunks of nut in it which puts me off. It was crumbly rather than squishy, which is a characteristic of berry delight, cocoa delight or cocoa orange which doesn't feature chunks of nuts. The ginger flavour is also too subtle for me. I like a gingerbread biscuit and was hoping this would curb my cravings for them... but it did not. I don't think I would buy it again.

This is amazing I'm currently on Paleo and was looking for a snack substitute and wow have I found it very filling and tastes like Jamaican ginger bread ordered 3 boxes great buy would urge everyone to try these my 3 year old loves them she thinks it is a sweet ;)
