The manufacturer of this bike “Gleric Bikes” has a great customer service. I purchased two of these 20” bikes for my grandsons birthdays. The first bike went together easily takes about 35 minutes. The second bike had a defect in the front forks so I contacted customer service because I was in a panic to get the bike ready for my grandson‘s birthday. Five days later, I had a brand new replacement bike sent to me and was able to have it put together before my grandson‘s birthday. The bikes are of high-quality and well put together. After shopping at Dick's sporting goods for a kids bike and finding all of them were $250 or more we landing on Amazon and save so much money. Our 8 year old is so happy with this bike. It's a sharp little bike and seems very well made. It rides well and gears change smoothly. Perfect for an 9-10 yr old. Seat has ample room to grow with him. Very happy with this purchase esp saving almost $100.

This bike was easy to assemble and seems to be of sufficient quality for a kid. It's no Trek, but it's sturdy, with good hardware included. I bought this for my son's ninth birthday, and have not given it to him yet, but I'm sure he'll go nuts for it. The gear system seems pretty simple for a kid to use. Total assembly time was about 30 minutes, and all the tools were included.

Really nice bike! had to take it to the bike shop to have a part tightened that was a little funky but otherwise it went together well with minimal tooling and time and overall has performed well. Total ownership time 1 year.

Unfortunately the front fork of the bike was twisted when we opened the box. Causing the breaks and the wheel attainments points to all be out of alignment making the bike unusable. My 8 year old daughter was extremely disappointed as she has been begging for a mountain bike. Now I have to deal with trying to return the bike! I hate quality control these days is so bad.

Good value for the money. Pretty easy to assemble right out of the box. All tools needed to assemble the bike are included. Fairly durable components.

Shimano derailleur and trigger shifters made this a no brainer for a starter bike with gears for a kid. My little one is 5 and this fits him well with the saddle all the way at the bottom. He’s pretty advanced so I wouldn’t recommend this for very many 5 year olds but it fits him to where he can straddle the bike and feet touch the ground. The set up was very simple. You do have to tune the derailleur, set up and tune the brakes, etc so if you’re not good at that I’d recommend dropping it off at a bike shop and letting them do it. I work with my hands and tools for a living. A simple YouTube search and it was roadworthy in about an hour tops out of the box. Pleasantly surprised with how simple the tuning and set up was. The box came damaged and there is some rash on it as you can see here and the front wheel is slightly warped. I chose not to return it and it’s all working out great.

There was no problem with the product. Exactly what I needed and ordered. I was very disappointed with the delivery method. Although we were home at the time of delivery, there was never a knock at the door or the ringing of the doorbell. The package was unceremoniously dumped on the front porch with no notification. Anyone could have picked it up. Porch pirates abound. This is not a good business practice.

I looked for ages to find a basket that suited both my new mobility scooter and me. Being almost 75 and disabled I really didn't want something that was plastic or made of wire. And then I saw this little beauty. It just reminded me of my basket I took to school on cookery days in the early 60's in order to bring home my edible delights(???) for my family to enjoy ! It fits perfectly on my scooter and I can't wait to parade it in town next week. I highly recommend this basket, because of my fond memories, but also because it is beautifully made and sturdy enough to last the rest of my lifetime, which will hopefully be a long time yet.

The large size kids basket worked perfect for an adult sized cruiser bike. Super easy to install. Good quality.
