I tried it as soon as I got them and they are chalky and not crunchy or satisfying like skittles are or other starbursts I’ve had before. I’m not sure if they are old or if this is a problem with the mini starburst versus the original, but they are too hard to even chew they don’t crumble in your mouth. They just become a hard chalky piece of candy. I really wish I could return them or at least get some thing else that I can actually eat because these are inedible, I love this brand and I buy their freeze dried skittles by the pound, so this was definitely a miss. Very disappointing.I had to leave another comment and add this review because after my husband and daughter and I all ate them, or at least tried a couple pieces not ate all of them, they tasted stale, and so hard that I thought I was about to break a tooth and the aftertaste was horrible. Like I said, before I buy freeze dried skittles two times a week by the pound for my family And we devoured those no complaints. These were not edible and I just wasted my money because now none of us will eat them because they taste horrible and we’re throwing them away. I really wish the company this company would do something about that.

The price is so expensive for the amount you get. I know freeze dried candy is expensive, but this was a small bag. My family of five barely each got to try it beforethere was none left.

For the price it's small and the quality just isn't there. Freeze dried candy from the gas station is better. Bigger bags too.

Love the crunchiness of the freeze dried starburst and the flavor is the exact same
