Works with most linux distros out of the box, Mint/studio/ubuntu. Bought this item to replace an older adptor, range is good and can see a lot more networks than I used to be able to. NOTE: This product is recommended in several guides for kali linux. It does work but you may need to use the aircrack drivers instead of the ones recommended online. it's easy enough to install with DKMS and afterwards this device functions properly. Packet injection works, monitor mode works. Airodump/wifite/kismet all function fine with this device. very nice adptor and at a good price. Would recommend.

Love this, it works really well compared to the other two I initially tried. Setup was quick, and it just does the job without any fuss. Glad I went with this in the end.

Works with out of box with kismet VM to analyse wifi traffic. One star off as couldn't see all packets between known nodes in network. This could be because it's listening in, so doesn't ask for re-transmits, or share perf info. When placed close to transmitter/receiver of traffic was much better. For sniffing wifi traffic, there may be better adapters out there, but this is still a reasonable product.

I purchased this wifi adapter as part of my security training. I was impressed with the range of the adapter, which was able to pick up even the weakest signals from down the road. Monitor mode only seems to work on Linux. I have not been able to get it to work on a windows 11 pro pc in monitor mode

It works BUT for Linux users it’s not quite plug and play, I’m using Linux mint as the daily driver and Kali Linux on a vm, I had to do a bit of work, but hey the adapter now works like a dream. If you get stuck chatgpt will walk you through

I had my doubts about this as it is very expensive compared to a lot of alternatives and it doesn't look much, also I am aware there are alfa fakes around-everything about this one. like packaging etc -looked right. I found it easy to set up -driver in first then plug in and there you go. I got this because of being on the range limit from my router at bottom of garden and getting weak signal. I have been very pleased with signal from this, so 5 stars.

Lo recibí ayer tardo un poco más de lo esperado pero todo correcto, lo utilizo para administrar redes en Kali/Linux y en Windows lo he probado.. funciona en los 3 pero hay que saber como instarlo, en Linux/Kali funciona ya bien hay que luchar pero se consigue para win ha sido una auténtica guerra, instale lo drivers del fabricante y tenía dowloading speed the 3mb como mucho.... he probado todos los driver possibles y al final la mejor solución fue desinstalarlo todos los driver, pinchar e ir a driver manager y buscar controlador automático y gracias a eso ya funciona todo correcto increíble que la solución más fácil se la que funciona. Ahora tengo bajadas de 400mb y subidas de 359.... debería ser más pero bueno. El alcance es bestial vivo en un 10 piso y puedo cojer redes de casi 500m... me he quedado alucinado. Para Kali/Linux pues ya se sabe lo que hay y para que utilizarlo, ya hay drivers disponibles desde el repositorio official así que funcionar funciona, simplemente hay que saber instarlo. Sirve perfecto para inyectar paquetes etc.. si es lo que la mayoría pregunta. Aún necesita tiempo para sacar todo su potencial.. pero se va a combertir en el mejor. Precio correcto Amazon excelente y el vendedor también. Lo recomiendo.

Ero un pò preoccupato sulla compatibilità. Dalle recensioni ho letto che qualcuno ha avuto problemi ad installarlo su Linux invece su Kali ci ho messo 5 minuti. Basta andare sul sito indicato e ti da il procedimento giusto per l'installazione corretta. Su Windows 10 è stato ancora più semplice ovviamente. Basta far partire il file eseguibile e funziona benissimo. Per lavoro comunque a me serve usarla su Kali e non mi ha dato nessun problema. Ho provato Wireshark, airodump... giusto per testare il prodotto e devo dire che fa il suo lavoro. Ovviamente non aspettatevi miracoli sul raggio di azione. A me da le stesse reti del router in dotazione ma ovviamente serve a tutt'altro. Se volete più raggio di azione conviene che andate su altre tipologie di dispositivi. Spero funzioni anche su Parrott Os. Vi farò sapere perchè non ho avuto tempo comunque rimane un prodotto di ottima fattura e qualità. Nella scatola c'è il gancio per attaccarlo al monitor, il cavetto di buona qualità e l'adattatore micro usb to usb. A proposito sarebbe meglio attaccarlo a prese usb 3 per sfruttare a pieno il dispositivo. Credo però funzioni anche con le prese più vecchie.
