Is this any good at helping hair that is suverely damaged from bleach?

Definitely! I bleached my head 3 times the same day and thought it was past saving. Left this on for an hour and it’s magic! From straw that snapped in your fingers to really soft. It’s amazing, hope that helps

How long do you leave this in for? I’ve never used a hair mask before but desperately need to after a bad hairdresser experience.
