Good book but had a set of pages missing and two sets of another lot of pages. I sent it back for a replacement from you and the next one was just the same. Had to keep it because I needed it for teaching.

Missing accompanying audio, pretty much useless without it

Really good book, with which I was able to plan and deliver lessons immediately. Excellent.
