Their "universal" fitting means that they are also compatible with most other TENS brands. Each pad measures 50mm x 50mm (2" x 2"), and comes in a pack of four. We supply three packs together, so you will receive twelve pads altogether. Each set of four pads is sealed in a separate packet to retain freshness and hygiene until the moment you choose to open them. TensCare have researched and tested multitudes of pads to find the best available, and continue to do so. All of our pads are hypoallergenic and extremely high quality. Please be wary of cheaper pads on the market; most of these are single-use and often have limited conductivity. Although it depends very much on your skin type, the climatic conditions, and general use and abuse, your pads should typically last 15-25 applications. If you care for your pads well, including replacing them on the plastic film and sealing the packet after each use, the amount of use may be increased. Do NOT share your pads with another person. Review: Worth paying for - It's definately worth paying a little more for your electrodes. I bought some small electrodes off a popular auction site which were a bargain but everytime I use them the wires pulled out of the pads with only minimal moving about - resulting in a literally shocking experience several times. Sometimes they only lasted a few hours. By comparison these 'superior' electrodes are so much better and like the ones I had supplied with my TensCare machine. I can get about 3 or 4 uses out of each electrode on average. I tend to need to throw them away when eithr they've become folded (like when I use them on my neck and they get scrunched up)or the edges of the sticky start to get worn because they've had a lot of contact with my clothing (and I fidget a lot). You can clean the electrodes with water at the end of a session, leave them to dry a little and they are just as sticky as before ready to use again. Even some of the ones I have scrunched up using on my neck once they've been stuck back on the plastic sheet are good enough to re-use the next day. It was a false economy for me to buy the bargain ones before as they lasted a fraction of the time and were not half as sticky as these. Definately superior is the way to go! I'm pleased to say they're absolutely fine, stick like heck and because they're thicker than the ones I've used before I recon they stay in place better than the thinner ones which have, at times, tended to curl up with general movement against clothes. I mostly use them for lower back pain. I've only awarded four stars because the thickness, although as I have said seems to alleviate the curling up problem, does feel a bit thick in comparison.
