I bought this and ever since i started using it some times it works great other times it freezes and i have to restart my pc over and over again to make it kind of work again or uninstall the program and reinstall its not my pc i am running a ryzen 7 5700x 8core processor 16thread clocked at 3.4ghz base speed , 32gb 32000mhz of ddr4 ram, sata ssd with a mechanical drive for extra storage and my gpu is a rtx 2060 12gb. plenty of power for this software but some times it just doesn't work if i could give negative stars i would

My first thought was “this is going to be a simple process” but to my surprise it was a bit tedious.I was under the impression that I would be able to install with just a code but it’s actually a CD (which had me stumped for about 2 weeks thinking I wouldn’t be able to use it) but eventually I figured it out. Got the code , went to the website then got an activation code. 🙃 hence why I said tedious . Imagine being someone who is used to just having digital downloads in just a few short seconds. I wasn’t used to this.I have used this a number of times and sometimes it’s great and sometimes not so great because it will freeze up then I have to literally restart my computer. It’s frustratingI would say the price is reasonable but the description should be more upfront on the time it will take to download and also the space it requires.I have three stars because although I have had these hiccups and frustrations , this software is still helpful in my video editing.

why they send u a code to register but not the code to just down load it. Was confusing but finally got it to work

I used this software to make my mom's memorial slideshow video. Very easy to understand and install. Just add photos or videos, it has effects, you can add music, great product.

I will admit, I know just enough about computers to be dangerous. However, I can read and follow directions. I’m searching everywhere for the registration code said to be on the physical product. That’s not the case. It will be emailed to you after you sign up. This is not an instant download. You will receive a CD with the software. A disk drive is necessary along with an abundance of storage space. Installment process is lengthy. I recommend scanning it with your virus protection first. I didn’t do that so my computer ended up with a virus. I can’t say for definite the software is the reason, but it wasn’t there prior. That is the extent of my knowledge regarding this movie making software at this point. I felt this Information was important for any potential buyers to know before hand.
